So, it's 2:38pm on a Friday afternoon and I am sitting in my office with a saltine cracker hanging out of my mouth, crumbs all over my business-professional attire. Hypoglycemia is a terrible thing that turns a normally cheerful, never-bothered me into a person asking every co-worker, frantically, for food. So, the outcome was my boss also frantically asking for food (he has diabetes, so chances are, he had hypoglycemia in his young), and coming back with peanut butter and saltines. At least my blood pressure seems back to normal (for me, which is still only 97/63 or so). The positive thing is that it's a long weekend and I will be spending a weekend in Maine with Rebecca, Liena, 2 of Rebeccas sisters, Annemarie, and one of Annemarie's friends. I'm stoked for a relaxing few days...even though I really do need to get this paper done, eventually. And even though Monday is a holiday, I've decided that kayaking with Aaron is a better idea than writing the paper all day. I'm sure I can find a way to manage both.
If I ever figure out how to use my digital camera, I will be like all the other normal generation Y kids and post pictures of my vacation. I need to lose 10ish pounds (which really could mean 2 pounds since it's really the toning I have to work on...I'm still fairly light) before I'm happy with a bathing suit shot. Maybe I'll do before and after shots.
1 hour till work ends...then I'll probably be stuck in traffic for the next four :P.
